Discover God’s Purpose for Your Life
Personal coaching to move beyond regret and embrace the future God has for you.
Let’s Get to Know Each Other
Hi Friend! I’m glad you are here. I can’t wait to learn more about you. Let me introduce myself.
I’m a Christ-follower, mom, step-mom, wife, daughter, sister, friend and certified professional life coach. I work with women who are overcoming shame from past decisions. I will help you move beyond regret from past behaviors and into the God-given purpose for your life.
I offer sincere empathy, as I have been in the dark place of shame and regret. I’ll ask questions that help reveal the desires and goals that God has placed in your heart.
Together, we will develop a plan of action that helps you move forward. You can feel motivated and confident that the past does not need to define you, and that God has an amazing future that is unique to you!

What is Growth Coaching?
Coaching is partnership that has a purpose. The purpose is to create energy and motivation to achieve certain goals. Goals are determined and set by the person being coached, not by the coach. The coach asks thought-provoking questions that help guide the client toward insights into their strengths, values, personality, experiences, and where God is leading.
Coaching is not counseling. Counseling focuses on healing and involves going into a person’s history to get to the root of certain issues, trauma, family of origin concerns, and clinical emotional issues.
Coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. Coaching is about growth. Coaching focuses on understanding what is happening right now, creating and maintaining motivation for change, creating plans for change, exploring obstacles, and offering accountability.
